Extract the archive and copy and paste the Gothic2_Nude.vdf and the Gothic2_Nude Player.vdf files in the "Data" folder of the Gothic 2 game directory. For example: C:\Program Files\Atari\Jowood\Gothic2\Data. Gothic2_Sexy.vdf and the Gothic2_Nude.vdf files should not be placed in the "Data" folder together! Only one file would work as a nude patch. However the Gothic2_Nude Player.vdf file can be in the same "Data" folder with either the "Nude" or "Sexy" .vdf files. With the pairing you will play as a naked busty redhead with the female characters fully nude or wearing sexy nude outfits. This busty redhead can also wear armor, robes, etc. If you want to play as a ponytailed male character, just move the Gothic2_Nude Player.vdf file out of the "Data" folder.
